All quotes provided by Eclipse Creations Contracting Ltd. are valid for 30 days. A signed contract and deposit are required before work begins. Eclipse Creations is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, material shortages, or permit delays. All work is performed in accordance with applicable BC building codes and regulations.
